GAD New Build Ltd is a family owned and managed building and development company, with an extensive portfolio of works including new builds, extensions and refurbishments.
Our Mission
We aim to build new builds, extensions and renovations to the highest standards. We pay particular attention to quality and detail in order to achieve total customer satisfaction whilst retaining compliance with planning and building regulations.
We provide the customer with a breakdown of costs and services which includes liaising with local authority planning and building regulation departments, architects, engineers and trades.
